JAPAN: giant squid filmed for the first time!





Scientists Wen-Sung Chung, from the Queensland Brain Institute at UQ, operated the remote controlled underwater camera craft called "Medusa" that filmed a monster giant squid near the Ogasawara Islands, around 900 kilometres south of Japan. The craft was at about 1000 feet deep
